A request starts the review. An estimate is a planning figure. A written quote sets the price and scope available for acceptance, with its expiration and payment terms.
Signing records the quote revision you accepted. If the shipment, stops or scope change, ask us to review them before the delivery proceeds under a different plan.

Can I get a fixed price?
We issue a written total after reviewing the shipment and route. The quote also shows scope, conditions and allowances so you can see what is included.
What about waiting, stairs or a helper?
Share these requirements before quoting. The review accounts for loading, unloading, access and any agreed assistance. Unexpected waiting or changes should be discussed with Tactical Drop.
Can I pay after delivery?
Payment after delivery, net-15 or net-30 terms, and combined weekly invoicing are available only with Tactical Drop approval. Ask before accepting your quote. Your written terms and invoice confirm when payment is due; your private page shows the available payment options.
What does a recurring route cost?
Send the proposed days, pickup window, stops and typical load. Recurring capacity and pricing require a separate agreement; submitting the request does not book future runs.
